The cookery classes offered by the Relais & Châteaux Michel TRAMA will lead you behind the scenes of the gourmet restaurant.
The day's students (maximum of six) will choose the dish they want to prepare following the Chef's invaluable advice.
Finally, you will be able to sample your dishes during a convivial moment in a relaxed atmosphere with Michel Trama, the maître d’hôtel and the wine waiter.

Cookery classes programme
The programme for this Atelier des Sens is impressive.
Without a doubt, you will be able to find a suitable date to come and benefit from Chef Trama's advice and savour the dishes you have prepared in his company.
Thursday mornings from mid-November to mid-March depending on availability, these lessons are neither modifiable nor refundable
The cookery classes start at 8.30 am and are followed by lunch with the Chef.
Participants should arrive after 8.00 am.
